Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Agile / Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
- Track progress using project management tools and ensure timely delivery
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and Agile adoption
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment
- Support change management initiatives related to project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
