About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, deliver projects on time, and drive Agile best practices across the organisation. You will play a key role in project planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring continuous improvement through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure successful execution within scope, time, and cost.

2. Agile Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritise and manage the product backlog.
• Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement across teams.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and communication.
• Align expectations and ensure transparency with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and vendor teams to resolve issues.

4. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage escalations and drive problem resolution.
• Ensure proper adherence to governance and compliance requirements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Track and report project status, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation including project charters, requirements, sprint metrics, and post-mortem analysis.
• Provide leadership with insights for decision-making and process optimisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 26 years of experience in project management or Agile delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PMI-ACP.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, finance, or startup environments.
• Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.
• Familiarity with process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
