How You Succeed

You balance business goals with customer needs, define product vision and roadmap, and partner with stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality products. You adapt quickly to market changes and customer feedback

What You Do

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog
  • Collaborate with teams to design customer journeys and deliver new products and features
  • Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain product requirements and documentation
  • Use customer insights and market trends to guide decisions
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
  • Own end‑to‑end product outcomes, including strategic direction, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in complex, regulated environments.
  • Good understanding of banking products and processes, especially API connectivity, cash management, and Trade Finance
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable leading product delivery in Agile, iterative environments across multiple teams.
