How You Succeed

What You Do
- Define and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with teams to design customer journeys and deliver new products and features
- Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain product requirements and documentation
- Use customer insights and market trends to guide decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Own end‑to‑end product outcomes, including strategic direction, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact.
Who You Are
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in complex, regulated environments.
- Good understanding of banking products and processes, especially API connectivity, cash management, and Trade Finance
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable leading product delivery in Agile, iterative environments across multiple teams.
