Role: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Coach to join our team. The Agile Coach will play a key role in driving the successful adoption and implementation of Agile principles and practices across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent coaching and mentoring skills, and a proven track record of helping teams and organizations achieve their Agile transformation goals.

Required Skills

. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification required

. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is a plus.

. Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a large-scale Agile environment, preferably in diverse industries.

. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).

. Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and guide teams and individuals.

. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

. Experience in Agile-related tools and platforms (Jira, Trello, Rally, etc.).

. Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to meet the unique needs and constraints of different teams and projects.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

. Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
