Job Title: After Sales Manager (BYD&Denza)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the after-sales service team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workshop productivity, drive parts sales, and improve service profitability.
- Monitor service operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to service standards.
- Analyze service department performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and manage the after-sales budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Implement training programs to enhance technical skills and service knowledge among staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in service operations.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including automotive suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, workplace safety protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a consistent and premium customer experience across all aftersales touchpoints.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain the dealership's reputation.
- Design and execute customer loyalty and retention programs to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture and embed a strong service excellence mindset.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Track and analyze key aftersales KPIs, including labor and parts sales, gross margins, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warranty claims and processes in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and internal policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's automotive regulations, LTA requirements, and health and safety standards.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in automotive after-sales management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of automotive service processes, including diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and automotive management software.
