Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting & Repair-Diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment failures at company facilities or customer sites.
2. Routine Maintenance-Perform daily inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment operation.
3. Technical Support-Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to assist customers with equipment-related issues.
4. Documentation-Maintain detailed records of repair processes, root causes, and corrective actions to build a comprehensive maintenance database.
5. Spare Parts Management-Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for timely repairs.
6. Training & Guidance-Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for new employees or customers.
7. Continuous Improvement-Participate in optimizing repair processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:-Chinese can be used as a working language.
Education: Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of equipment repair experience; familiarity with common device structures and working principles. Expertise in logistics equipment maintenance is a plus.
Technical Skills:
-Strong hands-on ability, proficient in using common repair tools and instruments.
-Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical principles.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve issues with clients.
Responsibility: Highly accountable, able to remain composed under pressure, and complete repairs promptly.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving maintenance demands.
