After-Sales Project Engineer

Our client is looking for a driven engineer to manage after-sales projects from office planning through to on-site execution. This role combines technical know-how, client interaction and business development, and hands-on troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

• Manage RFQs, tenders, quotations, and prepare offers for clients.
• Coordinate on-site activities, from scheduling and resources to final reports.
• Perform high-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support online and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with international partners and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and close projects with timely invoicing.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with strong network in pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
• Willing to perform on-site troubleshooting (Tuas area).
• Class 3 driving license required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
