- Office:
o Drive small-scale after-sales projects.
. Receive clients RFQs / tenders and perform technical analysis & clarifications if required
. Request quotations to principals & suppliers and perform technical analysis & clarifications if required
. Build and prepare offers for clients
. Receive and acknowledge clients POs
. Prepare on-site activities (scheduling, resources, procedures, MS-RA)
. Coordinate on-site jobs
. Write service reports & validate with client
. Trigger invoicing and close the job
o Communicate clearly with clients, partners & suppliers.
o Ensure projects follow-up by frequent communication with clients, partners and suppliers (both locally and overseas).
o Provide on-line technical assistance to clients (phone, WhatsApp & emails).
o Maintain After-Sales projects documentation up-to-date.
- On-Site:
o Able to coordinate on-site jobs independently with a team of Service Engineers & Workers.
o Perform on-site high-level troubleshooting and analyze problems (symptoms, root-causes, tests, solutions).
o Liaise with manufacturers in Europe to resolve clients issue.
o Prepare on-site operations, define and write site procedures.
o Write detailed and illustrated service reports after each on-site mission.
o Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, partners and suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical).
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Willing to learn and take initiatives.
- Meticulous, pays attention to details.
- Willing to perform on-site troubleshooting and coordination (Tuas area)
- Analytical thinking.
- Good communication and reporting abilities (verbal & written).
- Excellent interpersonnal skills interacting with clients, partners and subcontractors.
- Proficient in English, other languages can be a plus.
- Class 3 driving licence.
- References from previous employers are recommended.
