Job Summary
Provide on-site technical guidance and training for product trials, support sales in identifying business opportunities, and deliver after-sales technical support. Prepare technical documents and collaborate with partners to enhance customer satisfaction and product development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site guidance and training to customers during product trials to resolve technical issues and strengthen customer relationships
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and the company to facilitate clear communication and problem resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide tailored technical solutions and after-sales support
- Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other technical documentation to support project execution
- Collect and analyze client and market needs to provide accurate and timely feedback to product development and R&D teams
- Participate in marketing activities and deliver keynote speeches to promote products and solutions
- Conduct technical exchanges and foster cooperation with partners to enhance product offerings and service quality
- Manage ticket processing to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or internet-related companies, with familiarity in cloud computing technologies and company products
- Experience in after-sales support, research and development, or operation and maintenance of medium to large-scale projects
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for cloud native technologies, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and container platform technology
