Job Responsibilities
. Provide technical support, product guidance, and training to customers during product deployment and implementation stages
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud native platforms, Kubernetes, container technologies, Linux systems, and DevOps environments
. Support project implementation activities and prepare technical documentation, reports, and deployment plans
. Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support customer requirements and technical solutions
. Prepare technical proposals, implementation plans, and project-related documentation
. Collect and analyse customer feedback and technical requirements for product improvement initiatives
. Participate in technical discussions, product demonstrations, and relevant technical events
. Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders on technical support matters
. Manage and respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner
Requirements
. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
. At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, DevOps, system administration, technical support, or related fields
. Familiarity with Kubernetes, container platforms, Linux systems, cloud native technologies, or DevOps environments will be advantageous
. Experience in technical support, implementation, operations, or maintenance of medium to large-scale systems is preferred
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
