Partner closely with Marketing Analytics, Product, and Data Engineering teams to enhance affiliate-related systems, including tracking infrastructure, attribution logic, commission frameworks, reporting dashboards, and fraud controls
Identify system gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve tracking accuracy, partner transparency, and overall performance measurement
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor traffic quality, conversion funnels, ROI, and incrementality across affiliate channels
Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover growth levers, structural inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities
Support the development of best practices, tracking standards, and measurement playbooks across markets
Manage relationships with key affiliate partners (e.g. cashback site, networks)
Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and growth initiatives with external stakeholders
Collaborate with partners to drive scalable growth while optimising traffic quality and efficiency
Monitor partner level performance and ensure alignment with Shopee's commercial and strategic objectives
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for senior management
Translate data insights into clear business recommendations to support strategic decision making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, data analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel modelling
Experience in performance marketing tracking and attribution will be beneficial
Experience working with external partners or managing B2B relationships
Comfortable working with cross functional technical teams to drive system/product improvements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, regional environment
