- Take ownership of day-to-day partner channel execution, including payout logic, content updates, coordination with external partners, and administration of commercial arrangements.
- Expand the partner ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding suitable collaborators from overseas online retail markets, particularly within apparel, occasion wear, and consumer content spaces.
- Develop and deploy targeted partner initiatives tied to demand cycles and key commercial periods to improve transaction volume and conversion outcomes.
- Manage ongoing partner engagement to increase participation levels, ensure consistent brand representation, and strengthen long-term collaboration value.
- Review sales contribution and traffic behaviour on a continuous basis, using performance signals to refine partner selection and improve overall channel efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing external partner or publisher channels within an online retail or consumer-focused business, ideally related to apparel, lifestyle, or adjacent categories.
- Practical exposure to partner tracking or payout systems (e.g. Impact, Awin, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate), with the ability to navigate reporting, partner setup, and performance review.
- Commercially aware and analytically inclined, able to interpret sales trends and partner behaviour to support revenue growth and channel optimisation.
