General duties:
. Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.
. Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
. Ensure the comfort and well-being of the patients/customers.
. Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
. Make post-treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
. Follow up on patients/customers upcoming appointments.
. Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
. Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
. Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.
. Responsible for inventory stock-take.
. Maintain good customer relations with patients/customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.
. Assist Clinicians with the use of standard equipment.
. Provide on-the-job training to fellow colleagues when needed.
. Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
. Identify and report incidents to the clinic manager for the necessary actions.
. Any other work as assigned by the clinic manager/director.
