Job Summary
You will perform professional facial and body aesthetic treatments, conduct skin and body assessments to recommend suitable treatments and products, and support client service and clinic operations to achieve sales and treatment targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial and body aesthetic treatments using safe and approved techniques to meet individual treatment targets
- Analyze clients skin and body conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and retail products
- Deliver warm, professional, and customer-focused service to ensure positive client experiences
- Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures as needed to support clinical operations
- Manage front desk tasks including client registration, appointment scheduling, and handling phone enquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock inventory records and coordinate timely replenishment orders
- Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations clean and hygienic at all times
- Follow company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant working experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player
- Professional personal grooming and presentation
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
