Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures
- Prepare patients for treatments (e.g., cleansing, numbing cream application)
- Educate patients on doctor-prescribed treatment plans and recommend suitable options based on patient needs.
- Provide aftercare support and follow-up to ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
- Handle front-desk duties: enquiries, registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and operational clinic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education (N or O levels) additional certifications in aesthetics or related fields are advantageous.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic sales consultant in a medical aesthetic clinic.
- Fluent in Englishand Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
- Proven track record in consultative selling
- Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented with a warm and trustworthy demeanor
- Able to explain aesthetic treatments clearly and professionally, with sensitivity to patient concerns
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to work well in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Willing to commit to clinic working hours, including weekends (5.5 days work week).
