Aesthetic Clinic Assistant Manager

What you'll be doing

1. Provide expert aesthetic treatments and consultations to clients
2. Assist in the development and implementation of new beauty service offerings
3. Maintain accurate client records and treatment logs
4. Advise clients on the best skincare and beauty regimens to meet their individual needs
5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques and product innovations

What we're looking for

1. Recognised qualification in aesthetics or a related beauty discipline
2. Minimum 2 years experience working as an Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a salon or spa environment
3. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a passion for staying ahead of trends
6. Strong time management and organisational capabilities
7. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
