Job Summary
- provide front line counter services including patient registration and information on clinic services and products
- assist medical doctors during procedures and deliver professional aesthetic face and body therapies
- advise clients on treatments and products, promote clinic services, and support administrative tasks in a dynamic clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately and provide clear information about clinic services and products at the front counter
- Assist medical doctors during aesthetic and minor surgical procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver personalized aesthetic face and body therapies, including facials, tailored to client needs
- Advise clients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products to support their goals
- Sell and promote treatments and products based on client needs to build repeat clientele
- Actively promote clinic services to increase client engagement and awareness
- Liaise effectively with external partners and vendors to support clinic operations
- Perform assigned administrative duties using computer skills to maintain accurate records and support clinic workflow
- Maintain a professional, confident, and pleasant demeanor while working independently and as part of a team
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and a positive, hardworking attitude in all duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC qualifications with proficiency in a variety of facial treatments
- Proficiency in written and spoken English Mandarin language skills preferred to enhance client communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
