Job Requirements & Qualifications
1. Technical Certifications & OEM Training
- GE Aviation Training: Must be a certified GE Quality Representative (DSQR) or have equivalent GE-specific quality system training.
- Six Sigma Expertise: Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required, with a preference for GE-trained Six Sigma methodologies.
- OEM Proficiency: Proven experience working with and maintaining compliance for Rolls-Royce (SABRe), Pratt & Whitney (ASQR-01), and Honeywell (SPOC) quality requirements.
3. Auditing & Regulatory Mastery
- Quality Standards: Deep knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001.
- Audit Leadership: Ability to lead and manage internal, third-party, and customer audits.
4. Core Quality Engineering Skills
- Technical Documentation: Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 standards.
- Statistical Tools: Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from GE, RR, PWA, and Honeywell.
- Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system to ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Coordinate on-site audits and ensure all documentation is audit-ready at all times.
- Carry out day to day activities on checking quality documents for incoming/outgoing items to ensure that they follow protocol.
- To assist in all other incoming/outgoing shipments and provide guidance to the team.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience and above in warehouse or logistics operations
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
