Customer & Industry Engagement
. Participate in aerospace trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify potential leads.
. Manage and grow relationships with aerospace customers by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service and support.
. Support the Group's marketing and business development activities to strengthen market positioning within the aerospace sector.
. Handle customer quotations, proposals, and program management tasks, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely delivery.
. Understand customer needs, applications, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.
. Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and project milestones provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
. Collaborate with internal teams-finance, engineering, quality, and operations-to coordinate customer projects and deliverables effectively.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
. Conduct market research to stay informed of aerospace industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
. Assist in preparing marketing and sales materials such as presentations, case studies, and datasheets to support business development.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
. Support digital and traditional marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence to build sales funnel.
Position Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Aerospace) or Manufacturing.
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or business development within the aerospace or aviation industry
