Job Description

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities

Project Governance
- Ensure project compliance with the company's wider portfolio management decision-making structures and processes
- Provide regular project milestone reporting to management
- Ensure strict adherence to the Solution Delivery Process Guide (SDPG) and the organization's Policy and Operating Manuals
- Participate in the internal and external compliance audits when called upon (including the provision of audit request items, interviews, etc.)

Project Planning
- Define the scope of the project
- Create a detailed workplan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources required to complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion
-Establish the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated

Project Implementation
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Perform document controlling duties for documents related to the project
- Monitor the progress of the project, keep updates and course-correct as necessary

Project Control
- Communicate with sponsors as outlined in project objectives
- Monitor and get approval for all budgeted project expenditures
- Monitor project expenses, cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management
- Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures

Stakeholder Management
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships
- Ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met

Project Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate
- Develop and implement solutions to overcome identified risks

Requirements

  • Techno‑functional professional with strong program and project management expertise, leading end‑to‑end ERP/EPM implementations across planning, execution, data migration, cutover, and stabilization phases.
  • Deep IT and ERP proficiency, with hands‑on experience across Workday Financials, SAP ERP, and EPM platforms, supporting scalable finance and revenue operations.
  • Strong understanding of APLL operational and finance models, with the ability to perform a Business Analyst role, translating business needs into functional and system requirements.
  • Strong functional knowledge across core Finance domains including Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Revenue Accounting, Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, Cost Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proven capability to align business and functional requirements to enable a smooth SAP ERP to Workday transformation, covering process harmonization, data migration, reconciliation, validation, historical data archival, and audit compliance.
  • Hands‑on involvement in data migration and archival activities, including source‑to‑target mapping, data cleansing, chart of accounts restructuring, legacy data retention strategy, and parallel run support.
  • Experience supporting strategic transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, functional process optimization, system configuration, and data readiness.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify delivery, integration, and data risks, and drive timely resolution in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Effective communicator and stakeholder manager, collaborating with global finance leaders, operations teams, IT partners, and external vendors to deliver business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated techno‑functional advisory leadership, bridging finance, revenue, and APLL operational models with enterprise IT, reporting, and analytics solutions.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field Workday ERP/EPM and SAP‑to‑Workday transformation experience highly desirable
