Your New Role

  • To achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Opening new accounts, particularly focusing on the SME sector
  • Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
  • Preparing sales forecasts, proposal and reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured against the following KPIs:

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Growth in the client base and market share, particularly within the SME sector
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process
  • Team performance and development

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in media sales, digital advertising sales
  • Have network with media agencies
  • Knowledge of digital display advertising (web and mobile)
  • Good record of successful deals closed
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
