Your New Role
- To achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Opening new accounts, particularly focusing on the SME sector
- Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing sales forecasts, proposal and reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured against the following KPIs:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Growth in the client base and market share, particularly within the SME sector
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process
- Team performance and development
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in media sales, digital advertising sales
- Have network with media agencies
- Knowledge of digital display advertising (web and mobile)
- Good record of successful deals closed
- Build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
