Job Responsibilities
Able to identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Able to sell advertising solutions (digital or other media) tailored to clients business needs.
Able to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Able to develop, present, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
You need to stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
Able to deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
Executive level: You must have 2 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.
Senior Executive level: You must have 3-5 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, with a strong sales track record and client portfolio.
You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building client relationships.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
You must be a team player with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Experience with digital marketing and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
Proven track record in advertising/media sales is preferred for senior-level consideration.
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong interest in media sales are also welcome to apply.
