Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Advertising Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with clients and advertising agencies on print and digital advertising schedules, monitor digital ad inventory, and oversee print production and social media execution timelines.

This role is based in our Singapore office. This position is open only to candidates who do not require a work pass or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising inventory for websites and digital newsletters
  • Oversee the production timelines for print/digital magazines and supplements
  • Liaise with clients for ad materials specifications and production schedules
  • Work closely with digital production team to generate digital performance reports for clients
  • Work closely with editorial, sales teams and vendors on project executions and advertising enquiries
  • Work closely with our printer and mailing houses to deliver print magazines to readers on time
  • Oversee booking orders and work closely with finance on sales revenue updates and
  • Any other responsibilities in ensuring that both print and digital executions are done at their best standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in advertising operations and production
  • Meticulous, well-organised, articulate, with strong written communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with clients and vendors
  • Proactive and accountable professional with strong planning and analytical skills, and a highly motivated, collaborative team player
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations and
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in a recognised tertiary institution preferably in Design & Media or Mass Communication
