This role is a mid-to-senior level professional position responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and leading integrated marketing strategies within the corporate gifts industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate client accounts in Singapore
Manage and expand relationships with key clients, providing customised corporate gifting solutions
Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities
Lead end-to-end proposal development, including concept creation, pricing strategy, and presentation
2. Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive inbound enquiries
Manage CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
3. Creative Leadership & Value Creation
Lead conceptualisation of customised corporate gift proposals tailored to client branding objectives
Oversee production of visual assets including product mockups, videos, and digital content
Translate marketing concepts into commercially viable solutions that drive sales
4. Digital & E-commerce Management
Manage and continuously optimise the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates
Ensure product listings are aligned with market trends and client demand
Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance online sales channels
5. Client Experience & Account Management
Serve as key point of contact for long-term clients, ensuring high service standards
Provide consultative advice on branding and promotional strategies using corporate gifts
Maintain strong client retention through proactive engagement
6. Cross-Functional Execution & Operational Oversight
Coordinate with procurement and fulfilment teams to ensure timely delivery of customised orders
Provide hands-on support during peak periods to maintain service excellence
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities
7. Team Contribution & Knowledge Transfer
Mentor junior team members in marketing execution and client servicing
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
More than 10 years of relevant experience in corporate gifts, marketing, and client servicing
Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate gifting and B2B landscape
Proven ability in both creative development and revenue generation
Skilled in digital marketing tools (e.g. email marketing, social media, website CMS)
Demonstrated long-term commitment and deep institutional knowledge of client base
