ADVANCED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

.Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to enhance accuracy and contextual understanding.

.Curate, preprocess, and annotate multilingual datasets to improve model performance.

.Implement evaluation frameworks to assess AI model performance, fairness, and ethical standards.

.Work with data scientists, linguists, and engineers to optimize NLP pipelines and AI solutions.

.Conduct prompt engineering, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and error analysis.

.Create and maintain documentation for training methodologies and best practices.

.Stay updated on advancements in machine learning and apply them to improve models.

Requirements:

.Professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning.

.Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) or NLP technologies.

.Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

.Strong knowledge of NLP techniques (tokenization, language modeling, text generation).

.Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and dataset annotation.

.Familiarity with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and error analysis.

.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
