Job Description

The Assistant Associate will support PwC's General Assurance Practice in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services. You will gain exposure to a range of assurance engagements, including internal control reviews, risk management assessments, and regulatory compliance analyses. This role provides structured learning, mentorship, and guidance to build strong foundations for a career in audit and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to assurance teams in delivering client services across diverse industries
  • Assist in internal control and risk management reviews
  • Support procedural and regulatory compliance analyses for clients
  • Contribute to audit documentation, working papers, and reports
  • Apply PwC methodologies and best practices under supervision
  • Actively participate in learning and development programs to build technical and professional skills

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic preferred
  • Active participation in co-curricular activities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and professional excellence
