Job Description

. Lead and oversee daily nursing operations across multiple dialysis centres
. Manage manpower planning, staffing, roster management, and nursing deployment
. Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices, and clinical governance
. Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory compliance
. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the nursing team
. Support staff performance management, training, and competency development
. Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations
. Handle operational escalations, patient feedback, and service improvement initiatives
. Support audits, policy implementation, and accreditation requirements
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across dialysis operations

Requirements

. Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration
. Renal / dialysis nursing experience required
. Leadership or supervisory experience in dialysis setting preferred
