Job Description:
- Process all purchase invoices, expense claims and supplier payments on a timely basis
- Management of petty cash transactions
- Ensuring payments are received on time
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of quarterly GST returns
- Prepare payroll and maintenance of employee file
- MOM matters : Submission of application, issuance and renewal of permits
- Ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
- Prepare quotations and emails
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days work
Requirements:
- At least 2 Years of working experience in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Ability to multi-task
- Min. O Level / Diploma
