  • This position is forLee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
  • Leadership in Student Pass Management:
    • Oversee the application process for student passes for all postgraduate programs.
    • Address and resolve administrative issues and queries related to student pass applications.
  • Lead Information and Scholarship Application Management:
    • Streamline and collate lead information.
    • Manage scholarship applications by ensuring timely notifications and e-filing of lead data.
  • Lead Admissions Operations matters:
    • Craft, improve and operationalize SOPs for admissions operations.
    • Lead process management functions across all postgraduate and professional doctorate programs.
  • Application Process Management:
    • Ensure a seamless application process for postgraduate program applicants at LKCSB.
    • Maintain proper documentation of application materials and follow up with applicants promptly.
  • Admissions Process Coordination:
    • Facilitate a smooth admissions process for LKCSB postgraduate programs.
    • Coordinate admission and scholarship interviews.
    • Manage the sending of admissions offers and other related administrative tasks.
  • Event Operations Support:
    • Manage event operations, including the preparation of promotional materials for outreach activities.
    • Handle event setup, preparation, and registration for both on-campus and virtual information sessions.
    • Ensure event details are communicated to registrants and follow up with them.
    • Attend to walk-in and telephone queries regarding events.
  • Prospective Candidate Engagement:
    • Provide high-level service and customer experience to prospective candidates, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Defining clear goals and deliverables for projects, such as streamlining admissions processes, organizing outreach events, or implementing new digital systems.
    • Aligning efforts and resources across multiple teams, stakeholders, and departments to ensure smooth execution of various initiatives, such as lead management, event operations, or application processing.
    • Overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently, deadlines are met, and standards are maintained.
    • Tracking progress against milestones, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an University.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, with experience in marketing education products, wholesale and retail in an Institute of Higher Learning, being advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of postgraduate programmes or education environment a plus.
  • Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver.
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
  • Meticulous with attention to important details. Prior experience in project management would be advantageous.
  • Pleasant personality and a strong team player.
