We are an AI-powered education company building a new education service model for the Singapore market.
We are looking for an Admissions & Sales Manager to help build student enrolment traction from the ground up. This is not a mature admissions role inside an established institution or a fed-lead conversion seat. It is a hands-on commercial build role for someone who can create early demand, open parent conversations, convert families confidently, and help build the first batch of student enrolments before stable lead flow is fully in place.
You will be responsible for the full commercial journey from lead generation and parent consultation to enrolment, retention, and renewals. You will need to understand the education model clearly, translate its value into practical parent-facing language, and turn early market response into real enrolment momentum.
This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, resourceful, thick-skinned, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build traction in a new environment rather than relying only on established branding, ready inbound flow, or fixed SOPs.
Build student enrolment traction for the Singapore market from zero, including early-stage lead generation before stable inbound flow is established
Drive the full admissions and sales cycle from prospecting and parent consultation to enrolment, retention, and renewals
Create parent conversations through practical early-stage channels such as referrals, partnerships, local outreach, community activation, open houses, and other relevant parent engagement opportunities
Help activate the first centre through consultations, launch activities, open houses, and local catchment outreach as the business scales
Conduct parent consultations confidently and explain the education offering in clear, practical, parent-facing language
Identify the right target audience segments and refine outreach, consultation, and conversion approaches based on market response
Convert parent interest into confirmed enrolments through strong objection handling and consultative selling
Help build the first batch of student enrolments for the business and contribute directly to early commercial momentum
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales messaging with the education model and overall parent value proposition
Track funnel activity, conversion outcomes, enrolment trends, and renewal indicators, and use this feedback to improve commercial execution
Contribute practical market feedback to support early-stage business decisions
Improve admissions workflows, consultation quality, and commercial effectiveness as the business grows
At least 5 years of experience in education admissions, enrolment, consultative sales, or business development
Proven track record in parent-facing consultation, objection handling, and closing
Demonstrated ability to build traction, open new conversations, or generate demand in a low-structure, early-stage, or build-phase environment
Comfortable creating momentum from zero rather than relying only on pre-existing high-volume inbound flow
Good understanding of the Singapore education, tuition, enrichment, K12, or private education market
Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate a complex education offering into clear parent-facing value
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where lead sources, messaging, and playbooks are still being developed
Able to work full-time on-site in Singapore
Strong spoken and written Chinese for internal communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Strong spoken English for clear and professional communication with parents in Singapore
Hands-on, resourceful, resilient, and results-oriented
Experience in tuition, enrichment, private education, or education technology
Experience selling higher-value education programmes or services
Experience building enrolment pipelines, opening new markets, or driving first-traction growth
Experience activating local partnerships, referral channels, or parent engagement opportunities
Experience managing admissions advisers or small sales teams
Familiarity with retention, renewals, and parent relationship management
Experience improving commercial processes in a growing business
This role is best suited to candidates who are comfortable creating early traction in a growing business. It is less suitable for candidates whose experience has been mainly within highly structured environments where brand pull, marketing support, lead flow, and ready-made processes were already in place.
