We are an AI-powered education company building a new education service model for the Singapore market.
We are looking for an Admissions & Sales Manager to drive student enrolment growth from the ground up. This role is responsible for managing the full admissions journey from lead generation and parent consultation to enrolment, retention, and renewals.
You will need to understand the company's education model clearly, identify the right target audience, communicate the value proposition in a way parents can understand, and help build the first batch of student enrolments.
This is an on-site role suited to someone who is commercially strong, hands-on, comfortable in an early-stage environment, and familiar with the Singapore education market.
Key Responsibilities
. Drive student admissions and sales growth for the Singapore market
. Manage the full enrolment journey from lead generation and consultation to conversion, onboarding, and renewals
. Conduct parent consultations and present the education offering clearly and confidently
. Handle objections effectively and convert interest into confirmed enrolments
. Identify target customer segments and refine outreach and conversion strategies based on market response
. Support the build-up of the first batch of student enrolments for the business
. Track sales funnel performance, conversion outcomes, and renewal indicators
. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales messaging with the education model and parent value proposition
. Contribute market feedback to support early-stage growth decisions
. Help improve admissions processes, consultation quality, and overall commercial effectiveness
Requirements
. At least 5 years of experience in education admissions, enrolment, or consultative sales
. Proven track record in parent-facing consultation, objection handling, and conversion
. Good understanding of the Singapore education, tuition, enrichment, or K12 market
. Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate a complex education offering into clear parent-facing value
. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
. Able to work on-site in Singapore
. Strong spoken and written Chinese for internal communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
. Strong spoken English for clear and professional communication with parents in Singapore
. Confident, hands-on, and results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in tuition, enrichment, private education, or education technology
. Experience selling higher-value education programmes or services
. Experience managing admissions advisers or small sales teams
. Familiarity with student enrolment funnels, retention, and renewals
. Experience building or improving commercial processes in a growing business
