We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Final Calculation of workers salary/ wages including accommodation fee, transport fee, canteen fee, and tax issues, etc.
- Tax clearance, income tax payment, refund and all issues related to foreign workers income tax.
- Workers monthly payroll process & management.
- Managing & updating workers database, updating staff's list.
- Applying, issuing, renewing and cancelling work pass through EPOnline and WPOnline.
- Selecting, recruiting& hiring staff according to projects requirements.
- Processing monthly Manpower report.
- Administration works.
Requirements
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skillsOrganizational skills
