Job Responsibilities
Engineering Sales Support
Handle and respond to customer enquiries related to Engineering Sales.
Monitor and ensure all customer enquiries are attended to and resolved promptly.
Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations.
Review completed jobs and submit documentation for invoicing.
Liaise with customers on Goods Receipt (GR) status for customer portal submissions.
Coordinate with the Field Service Department on pending Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) matters.
Contract Sales Support
Handle customer enquiries related to Contract Sales.
Monitor and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer enquiries.
Process billings for Maintenance Contracts and coordinate with Finance on billing-related matters.
Submit Bills of Quantity (BQ) and follow up with customers on PO and GR status.
Process billings for Permit-To-Operate (PTO) Contracts and coordinate with Finance on billing-related issues.
General Support
Provide support for insurance-related matters.
Coordinate and manage annual customer surveys.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and stationery management.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Coordinate with Event PIC on CSR and company activities.
Perform any other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Head of Department to support sales operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration or sales support.
Experience in the same industry is an advantage.
Good working knowledge of CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Able to commence work at short notice.
