Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrator Officer to support our daily office administration and operational activities. The candidate will assist in document filing, data entry, office coordination, record keeping, correspondence, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle daily administrative duties and office coordination.

. Maintain proper filing of company documents, records, invoices, quotations, contracts, and correspondence.

. Assist in data entry, updating records, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

. Support HR and accounts departments with documentation and administrative follow-up.

. Coordinate with staff, workers, suppliers, clients, and management when required.

. Prepare letters, forms, memos, quotations, purchase orders, and other documents.

. Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing or ordering when needed.

. Assist in arranging appointments, meetings, and office-related schedules.

. Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.

. Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and easy to retrieve.

. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

. Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.

. Prior admin experience will be an advantage.

. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic office systems.

. Able to communicate clearly and work well with different departments.

. Responsible, organized, and able to follow up on tasks independently.

. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

. Able to handle confidential documents properly.

Preferred Skills:

. Experience in construction, engineering, manpower, or office administration will be an advantage.

. Basic knowledge of HR, accounts, invoices, quotations, and document control is preferred.

. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday
