Administrator

Location : Ang Mo Kio


What we're looking for

  • . Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • . 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • . Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • . Proficient in using MS Office suite, Excel and familiar with QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • . Can work independently and a keen eye for detail

What you'll be doing

  • . Attend and handle incoming hotline calls
  • . Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns & internal training events
  • . Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, & social media content
  • . Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team, including scheduling and data entry
  • . Packing and preparing of shipping goods and handling of LC documents for bank submission
  • Submit monthly forecasted pending sales order report to Account team
  • . Other ad hoc administrative duties as assign
