Job Description

Tuition Centre Administrator

Are you someone who is open to working on weekends and able to handle administration tasks smoothly in a fast-paced environment! In this post, meticulous and detail-orientated should be your work habit. As our clients are mainly Chinese, being able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is mandatory.

Requirement:

1. We are a tuition centre, weekend work is mandatory

2. Our clients are mainly Chinese-based therefore, candidates must be able to communicate fluently with Chinese parents in their Mother Tongue.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 11.00am - 8.30pm (with both lunch and dinner breaks included)

Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am - 6.30pm (with lunch break included)

Weekly working hours: 44 hours

Weekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)

Public Holidays: OFF

Job Scope

1. Reception duties and administration

2. Maintaining Centre's environment to be clean and tidy

3. Receipt writing and invoice making

4. Student registration, and explaining to the parents our Centre's rules and regulations

5. Internal and external communication (message platforms, emails, and calls etc.)

6. Supporting the teaching team in materials preparation whenever necessary

7. Managing and purchasing of office equipment and stationery

8. Assisting in student stay-back sessions

9. Participating and taking charge in organising team activities (booking of venues, food ordering, etc.)

Job Requirement

1. Weekend work is required

2. Minimum O/A level, Poly diploma or equivalent

3. Communication outside working hours is required

4. Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

5. Highly responsible and highly responsive, with a Can-Do attitude

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Great team player, and also able to work independently

8. Meticulous candidate with administration experience will be preferred

9. As a receptionist, you are required to be presentable, and pleasant with a vibrant attitude towards audience
