We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator tosupport our company operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.This role focuses on employee lifecycle support-particularly onboarding and HR administration-alongside office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources
- Manage work pass application & foreign worker matters in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Assists with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement and training, orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, attendance and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, guests visit and reception
- Coordinate meetings, internal events, and company communications
- Manage travel arrangement, including flight and hotel bookings and visa application if any
- Support facilities management and workplace safety initiatives
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in in relevant field
- Min 3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
