Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Housekeeping team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and regular meetings.
  • Oversee premises upkeep and coordinate procurement of supplies for the Centre.
  • Manage monthly expenses, petty cash, and financial records for reporting.
  • Ensure proper use and care of equipment and materials.
  • Liaise with teachers, Heads of Centres, vendors, and government departments.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including timetabling, filing, document preparation, and office supplies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and translations as required.
  • Attend centre meetings and training sessions, implementing actions in line with policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality Management, Languages, or related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin(spoken and written) is essential for translation and communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or team supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
