Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with commercial team as well as other departments on the daily functional matters
- Handle, track (where applicable) and follow up with internal / external stakeholders on all documentation / submissions including but not limited to correspondence, claims, certificates, warranties, invoices etc.
- Timely upload / update of information and documentation into ERP system and required platforms
- Maintain, update and follow up on the respective tracking lists for monitoring
- Provide support on other commercial related functions as required by the team from time to time
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
- Ability to organize, plan and strategize within the timeline
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
