Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the organization's customer experience operations, system administration, and departmental administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of the organization's customer satisfaction portal and customer experience dashboards
- Process new user account creation and amendments to existing user access
- Maintain supporting documentation related to new user onboarding and access changes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly user access audit reports
- Support basic troubleshooting and resolution of the portal's access-related issues
- Perform basic customer satisfaction analysis using Power BI, Excel, or AI tools to support monthly and quarterly reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs related to customer experience improvement
- Consolidate presentation materials from various stakeholders and prepare meeting decks
- Arrange meeting room bookings, presentation facilities, and IT support services for presentation sessions
- Manage meeting schedules and calendar invitations for departmental and quarterly presentations
- Assist with meeting minutes and note-taking during presentations and discussions
- Send email meeting notifications to staff groups with agenda briefed by supervisor
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including IT account setup and access coordination
- Assist in maintaining and updating the department intranet portal and shared resources
- Monitor and manage the department shared mailbox
- Any other administrative duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative role or related discipline.
- Prior experience in supporting Customer Satisfaction reporting/dashboards, system access management and audits.
- Proficiency or working experience with PowerBI will be an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
