Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and source inclusive events from online platforms and websites
- Ensure minimum of 10 events per month are listed
- Engage and contact event organizers to onboard them to the platform
- Encourage organizers to create accounts and submit events
- Review and verify event submissions for accuracy and relevance
- Approve event submissions within 3 working days
- Post events on behalf of organisers when required
- Complete event posting within 3 working days
- Respond to organizer queries regarding platform usage
- Provide responses within 5 working days
- Maintain records of events and organiser engagement activities
- Prepare and submit monthly reports with event and engagement data
- Include statistics and graphical analysis in reports
- Submit reports within 7 working days after each service month
Requirements:
- Experience in event administration or coordination roles
- Experience in outreach, engagement, or stakeholder coordination
- Understanding of disability matters and inclusive events
- Familiarity with disability services or social sector environment
- Exposure to working with persons with disabilities or caregivers
