Coordinate Operations: Manage maintenance and repairs for the head office, retail outlets, and storage facilities to ensure seamless operations.
Liaise with Contractors: Schedule and follow up on facility servicing, including lifts, air conditioning, and general repairs.
Manage Supplies: Track, order, and replenish office and outlet consumables to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
Support Inventory & Deliveries: Assist with stock receiving, maintain accurate inventory records, and organize storage areas efficiently.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, filing, and general office duties, while supporting ad-hoc operational needs.
Ensure Organization: Keep office and storage areas tidy, organized, and optimized for maximum efficiency.
1 year of relevant administrative or operations support experience (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
Class 3/3A Driving License is a plus, but not required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
