Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and verify documents to maintain high data quality for company records
  • Organize, scan, and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and proper record keeping
  • Maintain and update document records to support compliance and operational needs
  • Coordinate and assist with assigned company projects to help achieve project goals
  • Work collaboratively within a 5.5-day work week schedule to support team and company functions
