Overview
Our client, a reputable private education institution in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Principal to oversee school operations and ensure excellence in academic and administrative governance.

This role is ideal for a seasoned education professional with strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational management skills - someone who can bridge academic integrity with business efficiency in a fast-evolving educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

School Operations & Administration

  • Oversee all aspects of daily school operations, ensuring smooth coordination across academic, administrative, and support functions.
  • Supervise faculty and administrative teams, ensuring alignment with the school's strategic objectives and educational philosophy.
  • Lead and manage operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Lead the compliance and quality assurance function, ensuring the institution fully meets requirements set by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and EduTrust certification standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and internal audits to maintain high compliance and governance standards.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies, managing inspections, renewals, and official communications

Academic & Faculty Management

  • Collaborate with academic leaders to uphold teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and assessment standards.
  • Support faculty recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development programs.

Technology & Infrastructure

  • Oversee the school's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring operational reliability, data security, and digital efficiency.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance learning and administrative productivity.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison among the management team, faculty, students, parents, and external partners.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the school community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related discipline a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a private or international education institution.
  • Proven track record in school operations, administration, and compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of SSG and EduTrust regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in academic governance, faculty management, and IT system oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts
