About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Operational Support professional to provide comprehensive support across manpower coordination, project administration, and internal operations within a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of manpower resources
  • Provide administrative support across business unit operations Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders on IT assets and resource management
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports, including manpower utilisation and compliance data
  • Support project reviews with accurate and timely reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, and IT/SAP support

Job Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC qualification
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant administrative or operational experience
  • Experience in SAP or similar systems will be advantageous
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
