Job Description:
A hybrid role in administrative, ops and production support in a growing pet health solutions company, who manufactures and markets state-of-the-art gut health supplements supplying to veterinary services and pet supplies retailers in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operation Support:
- Manage office tasks and data entry of manufacturing orders including ingredients, materials, and finished goods
- Inventory management process
- Handle day-to-day book-keeping and operations, including invoicing, purchase orders, delivery orders, drop-shipping
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required
Production Support:
- Assist production process at various stages that may include packaging and labelling
- Order fulfilment process that includes packing of orders from all B2B, B2C, and D2C channels
- Support ad hoc production process as required
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
- Ability to focus, meticulous with strong attention to details and accuracy
- Courteous, confident, and a team player with the right attitude of learning
- Able to multitask effectively, proactive and self-motivated
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
