Responsibilities
- Assist with vendor payments, simple finance reports, and bank-related administrative tasks. (Guide provided)
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and general upkeep; support onboarding logistics for new staff.
- Coordinate travel bookings, internal events (e.g. team lunches, festive activities), and maintain proper filing of administrative and payment documents.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for email, hardware, and software issues; set up laptops and workstations for new joiners; maintain IT asset records; coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good command of both Korean (for HQ communication) and English.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in office admin or IT support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
