Job Description & Requirements

  • 1st level support to the user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
  • 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
  • Tracking of helpdesk tickets and providing progress updates
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
  • Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Software and Application Version Upgrades on clients
  • Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers

Requirement

  • Diploma in IT
  • with At least 1 yr of experience in a related field
  • Travel to site whenever required
  • 5 day week @ AMK area
