Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily office operations and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and coordination across departments.
  • Manage principal, subcontrators and suppliers communication effectively
  • Develop and implement administative policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, MOM guidelines and relevant regulations
  • Facilitate smooth communication across departments and ensure timely resolution of issues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction related environment with Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with good leadership experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools
