Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations for HR courses, workshops, corporate training, and certification programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venue arrangements, trainer assignments, and materials preparation.
  • Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all training programs meet internal quality requirements.

2. Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily administrative activities, including office management, documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, training documents, and operational databases.
  • Handle the renewal of relevant licenses, insurance, and compliance-related documents.
  • Improve and streamline administrative workflows.

3. Client & Trainer Support

  • Act as the key point of contact for training participants, corporate clients, and trainers.
  • Manage training inquiries, registration processes, attendance tracking, certificates, and post-training follow-up.
  • Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through timely communication and efficient issue resolution.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or training coordination.
  • Experience in an HR training company, education provider, or professional development industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and multiple stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-management.
